It was important to Rachel that her wedding dress was a colour close to, but not ivory. We looked at many alternative shades, and she chose a pinky-champagne colour.
The wedding dress is a strapless, ruched silk Georgette gown with crochet style lace trims and pearl beading.
Shirlene
Shirlene wanted something totally individual to wear for her unconventional wedding which took place in a forest.
She brought some textured chiffon fabric with her that she liked the look and colour of, and together we combined this with other fabrics to create a fluid, yet structural design that echoed both the spirit of the occasion and of Shirlene herself.
The flowers on her gown were embroidered by her friends, and more arrived at each fitting for us to sew on!

Christine chose a gold and ivory lace over a silver heavy crepe satin for her wedding dress. The colour combination was very flattering for Christine to wear for her winter wedding.

She chose a romantic, unstructured empire-line design with sleeves, made from a cream coloured silk Georgette with hand-crocheted flowers as trims under the bust and on the cuffs.
Each crochet flower was finished with a pearl at its centre.

Alice
A heavily corded lace was used over a silk base to achieve Alice's fitted, empire line, softly fishtail shaped dress.
