Here’s Nisha, the petite bride in the title, who wore her strapless latte lace wedding dress for her summer wedding.
Nisha is very petite and didn’t want a dress to swamp her. For this reason she knew she would have a bespoke design and therefore have the design created for her. Together we decided to choose quite a simple ivory dress with a slim silhouette made in ivory silk Dupion, with a pretty, twinkly latte lace overlay for the dress and train.
The dress has a seam under the bust (empire line) which is really useful if you’re petite, as it draws the eye upward and gives the impression of a longer waist and legs.
The lace is an ivory base with ‘latte’ high-lights within it.

This bride is very petite in height – under 5′ tall, so this can be a challenge when looking for a wedding dress.
